He brings what the season gives.

He brings what the season gives.

Lettuce, herbs, vegetables – Günter brings whatever his soil offers. Straight from the field to our kitchen. Fresh, honest, unpackaged.

Untergamperhof in Völser Aicha is less than eight kilometers from us. That’s where Günter Tschager and his family grow whatever’s in season: lettuce, beets, tomatoes, fennel, kohlrabi, chives, peppers, radicchio, parsley, eggplant, leeks, cucumbers and plenty more. He keeps his own seeds and grows from them. A natural cycle that’s good for the soil – and gives us vegetables that truly nourish.

Everything is harvested by hand and delivered straight after – no detours, no cold chains. Just field-fresh produce straight to our kitchen. And that’s exactly why Günter’s vegetables taste like they should: crisp, full of flavor, real.

There are no fixed orders. Since 2017, Günter brings what’s ready – and we cook with it. Some days the variety is wide, some days it’s the same greens all over again. And that’s no compromise. That’s the kind of honest cooking we live at the Cyprianerhof. You feel where you are – and who’s behind the food. Unmistakable. Cultura Dolomiti.
