Your room or suite is ready for you by 3.00 pm. On the day of your departure, you can check out until 11.00 am – or you can treat yourself to a late check-out (until 6.00 pm for € 80 per person). This service may be limited at peak times. Thank you for your understanding.

Your dog is also our guest! A small fee is charged per night (without food). Out of consideration for the other guests, the dining room, spa area and sunbathing lawn are dog-free. Your dog can accompany you everywhere else and explore the many paths around the Cyprianerhof with you.

We hope you love your cosy bathrobe! But it can stay on the hanger for dinner. In the dining room, in the lobby and at the bar, we appreciate appropriate clothing. Comfortabe, of course, because that is the best way to enjoy yourself.

Booking is complete as soon as we receive your deposit of 30 % of the total amount. Pay the rest conveniently at check-out. We guarantee to book the room category of your choice, but we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

In South Tyrol there is a local tax of € 3.50 per night for everyone aged 14 and over. Don’t forget the IDs or passports for children.

Plans change, that’s life. You can change your booking free of charge up to three weeks before arrival as long as your stay isn’t postponed to next year. After rebooking your stay, free cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible – regardless of the time of the rebooking. The regular cancellation conditions apply.

If you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation fees apply

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival the cancellation is free – any deposit paid will be credited to your account, not refunded
• Up to 11 days before arrival: 40 % of the total amount
• 10 to 1 day before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
• In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are resold in full or in part. If a deposit has already been paid, we will credit it for a future stay after consideration of the cancellation conditions. We do not offer a refund.
If you need to cancel your stay, we offer you the opportunity to rebook it for free up to 3 weeks before your arrival. The new booking must be made for a period within the same year, and is not eligible for free cancellation. In this case, cancellations are charged 40% until 11 days before arrival, 70% between 10 days and 1 day before arrival, and 100% in the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance to avoid inconveniences in case of an unexpected cancellation.

We accept cash, EC and credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or bank transfer (at least four working days before departure). Up to € 4,999.99 per room can be paid in cash in euros. For higher amounts, we kindly ask you to use a debit/credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Our kitchen offers vegetarian and vegan dishes every day – prepared with love and inspired by the seasons. Do you have an intolerance or allergy? Let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare delicious alternatives for you. Because we want you to enjoy every dish without compromise.

Childcare is available during the holiday periods. This is not traditional private childcare, but a supervised children’s programme – with joint activities revolving around play, nature and small adventures.

We may not be your classic family hotel – but we believe that magical moments are created when the whole family travels together. That is why we offer play areas and activities that bring young and old together: family hikes, climbing, concerts and much more. We are happy to give you more insights at the reception.

Yes – and it is real mountain spring water. Clear, fresh and natural. It comes straight from our taps and tastes delicious. No plastic, no bottles needed. Just the pure taste of South Tyrol.

Feel free to bring your own hiking gear. You can also hire everything you might need directly at the hotel: backpacks, hiking poles, water bottles – even snowshoes and winter hiking spikes for your shoes. For guided tours, all you need is curiosity and appropriate shoes.
