Are you still new to South Tyrol and the Dolomites?

Your room or suite is ready for you by 3.00 pm. On the day of your departure, you can check out until 11.00 am – or you can treat yourself to a late check-out (until 6.00 pm for € 80 per person). This service may be limited at peak times. Thank you for your understanding.

Your dog is also our guest! A small fee is charged per night (without food). Out of consideration for the other guests, the dining room, spa area and sunbathing lawn are dog-free. Your dog can accompany you everywhere else and explore the many paths around the Cyprianerhof with you.

We hope you love your cosy bathrobe! But it can stay on the hanger for dinner. In the dining room, in the lobby and at the bar, we appreciate appropriate clothing. Comfortabe, of course, because that is the best way to enjoy yourself.

Booking is complete as soon as we receive your deposit of 30 % of the total amount. Pay the rest conveniently at check-out. We guarantee to book the room category of your choice, but we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

In South Tyrol there is a local tax of € 3.90 per night for everyone aged 14 and over. Don’t forget the IDs or passports for children.

Booking Deposit & Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, we require a booking deposit of 30 % of the total amount.

This deposit constitutes a caparra confirmatoria under Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Depending on the time of cancellation, it will either be credited against the cancellation charges or held as a credit for a future stay.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your stay, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival:
  No additional cancellation charges apply.
  Your deposit (30 %) will remain as a credit for a future stay.
• Up to 11 days before arrival:
  40 % of the total amount
• From 10 days until 00:00 (midnight) on the day before arrival:
  70 % of the total amount
• From 00:00 (midnight) on the day before arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure:
  100 % of the total amount

Rebooking (Date Change)

If a rebooking is possible (subject to cancellation rules and availability), the following applies:

• One free rebooking is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival, within 365 days of the original arrival date.
• After a rebooking, free cancellation is no longer possible.
• The rebooked stay must be paid in full immediately (100%) and is considered non-refundable.
• This amount will not be refunded in the event of a later cancellation or no-show.

(Any price differences for the new travel period will be adjusted accordingly.)

• The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the room is re-sold.

Childcare is available during the holiday periods. This is not traditional private childcare, but a supervised children’s programme – with joint activities revolving around play, nature and small adventures.

We may not be your classic family hotel – but we believe that magical moments are created when the whole family travels together. That is why we offer play areas and activities that bring young and old together: family hikes, climbing, concerts and much more. We are happy to give you more insights at the reception.

Yes – and it is real mountain spring water. Clear, fresh and natural. It comes straight from our taps and tastes delicious. No plastic, no bottles needed. Just the pure taste of South Tyrol.

Feel free to bring your own hiking gear. You can also hire everything you might need directly at the hotel: backpacks, hiking poles, water bottles – even snowshoes and winter hiking spikes for your shoes. For guided tours, all you need is curiosity and appropriate shoes.
