The Dolomites at your feet, you enjoy the breathtaking view while indulging in the flavours of South Tyrol. Questions about huts & cable cars
Several beautiful huts can be reached directly from the Cyprianerhof, including Untertrompedeller Hut, Tschafon Hut, Haniger Alm, Schlernhaus, Tierser Alpl Refuge and Grasleiten Hut. We’re always happy to recommend the route that best suits the season and your hiking experience.
Most mountain huts open between mid and late May, depending on weather conditions. High alpine mountain refuges usually start the season from mid-June, once the snow has melted. You’ll always find the latest opening times in the overview above.
Most huts remain open until early October or early November, depending on weather and snowfall. The latest opening times are always shown in the overview above.
Not all huts are open during winter. High alpine mountain refuges are generally closed, while many huts accessible by ski, winter hiking trails or cable car remain open throughout the season. Check the overview above for the latest information.
The summer season generally runs from late May until early November. During winter, most cable cars operate from early December until the end of March or early April. You’ll always find the current operating times in the overview above.
