Fresh bread, cheese and sausage from local farmers, homemade jams, fresh juices, our health corner. And of course – our eggs from local farmers, cooked just the way you like them. In short: a good day starts with our generous breakfast buffet.

Fresh tea, juices, crisp apples, dried fruit and pure spring water from Plafötsch – always at your fingertips in our health corner. Grab a healthy drink or snack and recharge whenever you like.

Starter, main course, dessert? Forget the order. Forget the rules. Our five-course dinner isn’t rigid, but rather an invitation to listen to your gut feeling. Have a taste, pick and choose. Freely. You alone decide how many courses we serve you and in what order. Eat however you like.

Local cheese and wine from Tires al Catinaccio/Tiers am Rosengarten perfectly capture the essence of the Dolomites – and taste great, of course. Even more so when they are seasoned with their origin stories and savoured in the cosy atmosphere of our wine cellar. Join our weekly tasting experiences and enjoy!
