Älterer Mann im Freien auf einem Stein sitzend mit Blick auf die Berge

Roland knows the mountains – and life itself. With humour, reliability and a good dose of…

Boots laced, spirits high:
Hiking with Roland means fresh air, warm laughs, and letting your soul roam free.

Hiking guide. Trail companion. Walking sunshine.

Kitchen

The scent of pine needles and slow-braised beef, cooked gently until butter-soft. Smoked celeriac, fermented cranberries,…

Comforting. Warm. Deeply satisfying. A plate like a walk through South Tyrol’s landscape – this is what the Cyprianerhof tastes like.

Our kitchen? Quattro. Flavour in the plural – rooted right here.

Recipes

Delicate dough. Deep flavour.

This is what home tastes like in South Tyrol: a thin, tender pasta filled with spinach, fresh curd cheese and a hint of Parmesan.
