Pools and saunas in your hotel in the Dolomites.

Water is valuable and we use it consciously and carefully in our hotel in the Dolomites. The pools are filled with the crystal-clear water of the natural spring in Plafötsch, purified solely by salt electrolysis and without adding chlorine. Natural and pure. Inviting you to swim laps outside in the heated pool, to feel the soothing warmth and to simply float in the indoor pool. Water knows no gravity. It carries you, lifts you into weightlessness, gives you space.

South Tyrolean sauna tradition

Warm steam, sweat dripping, rest. A purifying ritual as old as time. We have been inspired by these healing traditions and reinterpreted them with the saunas of our hotel in the Dolomites.

Our glass sauna. Hot. Clear. Great.

The heat: 80 degrees. The views: 360 degrees. And you right at the centre. The Catinaccio is painted in the evening light. The mountain is silent.

Where warmth meets silence. Where tradition becomes tangible.

Tucked gently into a flowering alpine meadow, our hay barn sauna opens up to the sweeping view of the Catinaccio. The smell of the forest and temperatures between 85 °C and 95 °C invite you into the Swiss pine sauna. The vitalising scent of herbal sauna infusions fills the steam bath – where gentle temperatures between 42 °C and 46 °C and high humidity care for you skin and hair, clear your airways and detoxify.

We are particularly proud of our clay sauna, a dome with a round sauna oven in the centre: the smart and ecological design reflects a high amount of natural infrared radiation. The temperature is raised to around 95 °C, with a humidity of around 75 % – a unique combination that intensifies the experience. Only for experienced sauna fiends.

Who can handle the heat will be rewarded. With a relaxed body and mind. And a refreshing cool down in the ice bath in our grotto. Let that relaxing feeling linger and lay back in our salt room, dip into our outdoor saltwater whirlpool or enjoy a stroll through our garden.

Tired legs? Stroll across the alpine meadow to the natural bathing pond and step into the Kneipp basin.

Wrapped up in your bathrobe, you make yourself comfortable on an infrared lounger or in the salt room. A glass of spring water in your hand, the clear view of the Dolomites in front of you. Now is the time for taking a break. Tomorrow the mountain will call again.

Sounds perfect. So why wait?
The right moment is now. When are you checking in?

Wellbeing that goes deeper.

The pool and sauna area of our hotel in the Dolomites spreads across 2,400 square metres – spacious, yes. But not excessive. We made the conscious decision not to join the race for more and more. Instead, we have created a place that not only impresses, but also inspires: with architectural clarity, sustainable materials and design that allows space – for peace and retreat. For you.

Architecture of mindfulness

Reduced to the essentials. Wood. Stone. Light. Nothing distracts you – everything leads you inwards. The mountains outside. The peace within you.

Clarity in every detail

You glide into the pool, the water envelopes you. Steam seemingly meets the sky. The mountains stretch out along the horizon. Warmth, vastness, ease. And suddenly everything feels clear.

The Cyprianerhof – where energy flows in its own rhythm.

Some call it energy, others call it vibration. Here at the Cyprianerhof, it resonates at 8,100 Bovis – a level known to deeply harmonize body and mind. Not tangible, but sensible: in clarity, lightness and a sense of peace. A place with such a powerful vibration simply feels different – a space in which architecture, purpose and people are in harmony. Where we feel centred. Where we feel good. Deeply and lasting.

Feel

flavour

Flavours dancing on the tongue. The taste a statement, the look a stunner.

Unmistakable. You taste where you are. Where we come from. This cuisine has character.
