Our program begins with a professional introduction to proper running techniques. Learn how to make your steps more efficient and prevent injuries. Through targeted exercises to strengthen muscles and improve coordination, we will prepare you optimally for running on uneven terrain.
Together, we will venture onto varied trails. Whether gentle ascents or winding paths, our running coach Teresa will guide you and provide valuable tips to help you get the most out of your run and refine your technique.
