01. Status of compliance with requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the web accessibility guidelines in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG). We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.

02. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:

Moduli:
I moduli non sono progettati per essere accessibili. Le etichette mancano o non sono collegate correttamente, i messaggi di errore non vengono visualizzati in modo accessibile e l’operatività della tastiera è limitata.

Mappa interattiva:
La mappa interattiva non è accessibile agli utenti di lettori di schermo e agli utenti di tastiera. Il contenuto non è descritto nel testo e non ci sono alternative alla rappresentazione visiva.

Modulo di prenotazione:
Il modulo di prenotazione non è completamente accessibile. I campi di immissione e i controlli non sono etichettati in modo adeguato, rendendo difficile per gli utenti con tecnologie assistive completare la prenotazione in modo indipendente.

Visualizzazione pacchetti e camere / Panoramica:
Le informazioni sulle offerte, i pacchetti e le camere non sono strutturate in modo chiaro. Le gerarchie dei titoli sono mancanti o errate, rendendo difficile l’orientamento e la navigazione per gli utenti di lettori di schermo.

Attributi ARIA:
Molti controlli non sono contrassegnati con i ruoli e gli attributi ARIA necessari. Ciò significa che i lettori di schermo non sono in grado di comprendere il significato semantico e gli elementi interattivi non sono chiaramente riconoscibili.

Etichettatura della lingua (attributi lang):

Testi alternativi (attributi ALT):
Le immagini non sono sempre accompagnate da testi ALT completi e descrittivi. Ciò rende difficile la comprensione del contenuto delle immagini da parte degli utenti non vedenti e ipovedenti.

Videos are hosted and published on the YouTube video platform. It is not possible to provide the required audio descriptions or a textual alternative (WCAG success criteria 1.2.3 (audio description) and 1.2.5 (media alternative)), which means that the spoken content is not available to deaf users. We believe that remedying this would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.

Videos in general:

Some recorded videos and audio files lack the required audio description or textual alternative (WCAG success criteria 1.2.3 (audio description) and 1.2.5 (media alternative)), which means that the spoken content is not available to deaf users. We believe that remedying this would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.

PDF:

Our PDF documents are not universally accessible. If you require a specific PDF file from us that is not yet accessible, please let us know using our contact form. We are working on further improvements in the area of providing PDF documents in an accessible format and ask that you contact us if you encounter any barriers.

c) The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
