Pflegerhof, just outside Kastelruth in St. Oswald, lies about 30 kilometers from the Cyprianerhof. For over 40 years, Martha and her family have been growing herbs here – organic, from their own seeds, hand-harvested, processed, and packed right on the farm.
What grows at Martha’s is harvested with care, gently dried, and delivered straight to us. The variety is remarkable, the taste clear and refined. We value her products not only for their quality – but for the ethos behind them. A knowledge rooted in time.
