Fresh berries from Aica di Fiè/Völser Aicha, crisp vegetables from local farmers, high-quality pastured meat, apples from South Tyrol, and flour from local grains – in the kitchen of our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, high-quality, natural ingredients from the surrounding area play a starring role.
The director behind the stove is Monika Damian, the hotel owners’ daughter. She has a talent for reinterpreting recipes from grandma’s days and giving them a light Mediterranean touch. Using the gifts of nature, Monika manages to create tasty works of culinary art that will win over even the most discerning palates.
