The director behind the stove is Monika Damian, the hotel owners’ daughter. She has a talent for reinterpreting recipes from grandma’s days and giving them a light Mediterranean touch. Using the gifts of nature, Monika manages to create tasty works of culinary art that will win over even the most discerning palates.

At our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, it is important for us to be able to share our love for our homeland with our guests, even at the table. As part of our pampering half-board, we will take you on a culinary journey through our beautiful region. In the morning, a rich mountaineer breakfast with a vitality corner awaits you. Tea and coffee, freshly pressed juices, pure Plafötsch spring water, and tasty products from South Tyrolean farmers give you strength and energy for your adventures in the mountains. On Sundays, we start the day with breakfast with sparkling wine. In the evening, when the sun starts to set and the mountains turn beautiful shades of pink, a special culinary delight awaits you: our 5-course gourmet menu with traditional South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes.
