How to reach us by car

Coming from the north

From Munich, take the A8 motorway towards Rosenheim until you reach Inntal junction. Follow the A93 towards Innsbruck to Kiefersfelden and then the A12 to Innsbruck. Then take the Brennero/Brenner motorway (A13), pass through Brennero/Brenner, and continue on the motorway (A22) until you reach the Bolzano Nord/Bozen Nord exit. Take this exit and follow the main road (SS 12) north to Prato all’Isarco/Blumau. Turn right here and follow the signs towards Tires/Tiers. After a few kilometres, you will reach a junction, turn right towards Tires/Tiers – Passo Nigra/Nigerpass and follow the road. Once in Tires/Tiers, continue towards S. Cipriano/St. Zyprian, where you will find our hotel at the Catinaccio/Rosengarten.

Coming from the west

From Ulm, drive via Kempten, Füssen, the Fernpass, Landeck, the Passo Resia/Reschenpass, and Merano/Meran to Bolzano/Bozen. Drive on the main road (SS12) going north past Bolzano/Bozen until you reach Prato all’Isarco/Blumau. Turn right here and follow the signs towards Tires/Tiers. After a few kilometres, you will reach a junction, turn right towards Tires/Tiers – Passo Nigra/Nigerpass and follow the road. Once in Tires/Tiers, continue towards S. Cipriano/St. Zyprian, your holiday retreat in the Dolomites.

Coming from Zurich, drive via Landquart, Klosters, through the Vereina tunnel, via Zernez, the Ofenpass and Merano/Meran to Bolzano/Bolzano. Take the main road (SS12) north past Bolzano/Bozen to Prato all'Isarco/Blumau. Turn right here and follow the signs towards Tires/Tiers. After a few kilometres you will reach a junction, turn right towards Tires/Tiers – Passo Nigra/Nigerpass and follow the road. Once in Tires/Tiers, continue towards S. Cipriano/St. Zyprian, your holiday retreat in the Dolomites.

Coming from the east

From Lienz, drive to San Candido/Innichen and through Val Pusteria/Pustertal towards Bressanone/Brixen. At the Varna/Vahrn motorway entrance, take the Brennero/Brenner motorway (A22) towards Bolzano/Bozen and continue to the Bolzano Nord/Bozen Nord motorway exit. Take the main road (SS12) north to Prato all’Isarco/Blumau. Turn right here and follow the signs towards Tires/Tiers. After a few kilometres you will reach a junction, turn right towards Tires/Tiers – Passo Nigra/Nigerpass and follow the road. Once in Tires/Tiers, continue towards S. Cipriano/St. Zyprian until you reach our hotel in South Tyrol.

Coming from the south

Take the Brennero/Brenner motorway to Bolzano Nord/Bozen Nord. Take the main road (SS12) north to Prato all’Isarco/Blumau. Turn right here and follow the signs towards Tires/Tiers. After a few kilometres you will reach a junction, turn right towards Tires/Tiers – Passo Nigra/Nigerpass and follow the road. Once in Tires/Tiers, continue in the direction of S. Cipriano/St. Zyprian, where you will see the Cyprianerhof.

How to reach us with public transportation

It’s easy to spend hours gazing out the window observing the wonderful natural landscapes  – a train ride is not only relaxing, it also reduces your carbon footprint. Tires/Tiers belongs to the Alpine Pearls – an association of the most beautiful and natural villages in the Alps that stand for sustainability and gentle mobility. Tires/Tiers is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest railway station is in Bolzano/Bozen. Alternatively, you can also take a Flixbus to South Tyrol.

There are regular bus connections from the provincial capital of Bolzano/Bozen to Tires/Tiers. With the MobilCard Südtirol, you can use all public transport without restrictions.

The nearest airports are Bolzano/Bozen, Innsbruck, Munich, Verona, Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan.
