"Premio Carta Vini" goes to the Cyprianerhof
The wine selection of our 5-star hotel in South Tyrol was awarded the "Premio Carta Vini Italia" at the Milano Wine Week 2023.
The wine list of the restaurant at the Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort in Tiers am Rosengarten is among the best 100 in Italy according to the jury of renowned experts, as announced on October 9th during the Milano Wine Week 2023. The gastronomic offer of the luxury hotel of the Damian family is among the best in South Tyrol and throughout the country.
The wine selection at the Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort was awarded the "Premio Carta Vini Italia" at the Milano Wine Week 2023. The award ceremony took place on 9th October at Palazzo Castiglioni and was awarded by a jury of industry experts led by renowned journalist and gastronomy critic Andrea Grignaffini. The Milano Wine Week Awards, now in its third edition, are among the most anticipated events in the Milan wine format. The "Premio Carta Vini Italia" represents a selection of the top 100 wine lists in Italy in the field of gastronomy, divided into ten different categories, including the category of hotel restaurants, in which the selection of the Cyprianerhof was honored.

The Cyprianerhof places great importance on its close ties to the region in its gastronomic offer. Sommelière Silvia Bertoncello leads hotel guests every week on an exclusive journey through the flavours of South Tyrol with wine and cheese tastings. This is done in our wine cellar, in a cosy and traditionally alpine atmosphere, in which about 4000 wine bottles can be accommodated. Since 2010, Silvia Bertoncello has been maître and sommelière at the Cyprianerhof, designing the wine list through continuous and passionate research in order to appreciate the diverse wine reality of South Tyrol, without neglecting the classic and iconic wines from other Italian regions and an extensive selection of top international wines. This diversity aims to satisfy the different tastes of the guests who come from all over the world to the slopes of the Rose Garden to discover the natural beauty of the UNESCO Dolomites.
