Once you’ve been bitten by the climbing bug, you won’t be able to help yourself. You’ll always look for the steep way up. It’s all about your body, overcoming gravity, exploring your limits, and conquering the wall. Climbing is not only fun, it is also a highly effective full-body workout that has a positive effect on both your physical and mental health.
In the climbing hall of our hotel in South Tyrol, you can explore the climbing walls between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. as well as between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.
Until 13th March 2022 our climbing hall is closed.
The hall has an easier climbing wall with an auto belay and two more walls with more challenging routes, where you need your own rope and a second person to secure it. Knowledge of belaying is required to use the climbing hall. You can borrow a via ferrata set with a climbing harness, rope, and helmet from us at our hotel at the Catinaccio/Rosengarten for 15.00 euros for the first day and 10.00 euros for each additional day after that.
Do you prefer to stay on the ground? Then our yoga and fitness room is exactly the right place for you.
