Our hotel with a wine cellar: South Tyrol sip by sip

Discover high-quality wines from our region

A fine glass of wine is just as much a part of a holiday at our hotel in South Tyrol as an adventure in the mountains. Is there anything lovelier than sitting on the sun terrace or in our cosy Tyrolean stuben after a rewarding tour, kicking back, and watching the magnificent alpenglow (the magical moment when the sun paints the mountains in the most dazzling shades of red)? We don’t think so, and that’s why we have stocked our “In den Töldern” wine cellar with a lot of local wine treasures.

Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Blaterle, Lagrein, Pinot noir, Cabernet, as well as Chianti, Brunello, Chablis, and Soave – our wine list reads like the “who’s who” of South Tyrolean wine. Our love for our homeland is also reflected in our wine selection. From old, almost forgotten varieties to more well-known wines: At our hotel at the Catinaccio/Rosengarten, we serve you only the best. Our Sommelière Silvia would be happy to recommend the right wine to complete the flavour symphony every evening. In addition, we will take you on an extraordinary gourmet journey once a week as part of our wine and cheese tasting.

Milano Wine Week

"Premio Carta Vini" goes to the Cyprianerhof

The wine selection at the Cyprianerhof Dolomit Resort was awarded the "Premio Carta Vini Italia" at the Milano Wine Week 2023. The award ceremony took place on 9th October at Palazzo Castiglioni and was awarded by a jury of industry experts led by renowned journalist and gastronomy critic Andrea Grignaffini. The Milano Wine Week Awards, now in its third edition, are among the most anticipated events in the Milan wine format. The "Premio Carta Vini Italia" represents a selection of the top 100 wine lists in Italy in the field of gastronomy, divided into ten different categories, including the category of hotel restaurants, in which the selection of the Cyprianerhof was honored.
