We start the day with yoga and then a healthy breakfast. Then we walk into the Tschamin-Valley and find the hidden spring, particularly in the lungs succulent herbs on the mountain pastures. Together, we process these high quality herbal during the afternoon in the "Witches 'kitchen'.

The recovered essence fills the lungs and during the sauna ritual. The beneficial effects of the respiratory massage of our spa team you can feel very close.
