Silvia has been part of the house since 1999. She started in the restaurant, grew into leadership, and deepened her craft with sommelier training. Today, she stands for wine knowledge, service culture and genuine human warmth.
She has a refined sense for flavors — and an even finer one for people. She listens, she notices, she gets it just right. Every word she offers, every pairing she suggests, feels carefully placed and just what you needed.
Her dedication reaches far beyond the hotel. In the village, if someone needs help, they know who to turn to. Silvia’s the kind of person you can count on.
Her motto? “Mitanont geats olm.” The way the locals say: “Together, we´ll make it work.” She lives that — every single day.
