The new winecreation from Elena Walch 

Cultivated according to the Guyot system, Petit Verdot, as well as Lagrein, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grow in our new Syrah wine estate.

The steep South-Easterly location guarantees deep maturity in the grapes.
We have built a new cellar for storing these wines where the ripening process takes place in Allier barrels. After about 18 months, the wine is moved to large wooden barrels.

With the ‘Kermesse’, Elena Walch found herself with a good reputation right from the start, as can be seen in the renowned Wine Advocat by Robert Parker (91 points).
The 03, as well as the 04 vintage captivate with their fullness, the well-balanced wood and the lovely peppery note of the Syrah, which has left traces in the ‘Kermesse’!
