- 10 % supplement for short stays (up to 3 nights)
- Single room supplement in the Tschafon room, 20 €/day
- Room service: € 4 .
- Dogs are only allowed if permission has been granted. Contribution: 11 €/day (you need to bring your dog’s blanket and basket). Pets are not allowed into the dining room.
- Arrival: Your room will be available after 2 p.m. On the day of departure, you must leave your room by 11 a.m.
- Cancellations: Room cancellations are only valid if submitted in written form. Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: no cancellation fees / from 3 months to 1 month: we will invoice you for 3 days / from 1 months before the start of your holiday or if you finish your holiday earlier: we will invoice you for 80% of your pre-booked stay.
- Cancellation insurance: For € 3,75 per person a day, you can cover all cancellation fees in the case of an accident, illness or death to the insured person or his children. If you are interested in this service, please fill in the form, which is attached to your book confirmation.
- Deposit: Once you have booked your reservation, we ask guests who come for the first time to pay a deposit of € 200 to our account: IBAN IT85 T082 7758 9900 0030 0007 030 at the Raiffeisenkasse Tiers (Swift: RZSBIT21043) or to make use of our cancellation insurance cover. Please make your payment either by cheque or in cash. Package holidays are to be booked in advance. Free services, which are offered but not used will not be reimbursed. The booking of room categories is possible, however, you cannot book a certain room number or storey.
