Klosterkellerei Muri Gries
The bold and dramatic flavors in this scintillating wine won't let you take Rosé lightly anymore. Outside of Bolzano in the middle of the Italian Alps is one of the best wine zones in Italy, producing powerful red wines made from Lagrein, a genetic descendent of Syrah. This wine has been one of our favorites ever since it was first imported. Perfect for fowl, pork, salmon, pasta and BBQ. Kretzer is Rosé in the local dialect.

Winery Bolzano
Process: Carefully selected grapes; traditional red wine fermentation, 1-year storage in oak barrels.
Description: robust, harmonious wine with body and velvety full-ness

Cellar Terlano
Color: granet-red with violet hues
Aroma: intense aroma of bitter chocolate and violets
Taste: silky with gentle tannin, fullbodied and very persistent

Tenuta Muri Gries
Lagrein Abtei Riserva is the supreme expression of Lagrein South Tyrol. Lagrein Riserva Abtei, bottled for the first time in 1989, following the fermentation ages 18 to 20 months in small oak barrels (approximately 40% of the barrels are new) and comes on the market only three years after harvesting. About 20 percent of the best quality of Lagrein the cellar of Muri-Gries are used to produce this fine wine.
Lagrein Riserva Abtei of Muri-Gries shows an intense ruby red color and dark, with intense aromas and ripe cherry, cassis and plums, hints of chocolate and coffee is full bodied, structured and has a high tannin content as well as a full-bodied and persistent.

Winery Bolzano
Process: Carefully selected grapes traditional red wine fermentation and one year maturation in new ‘barriques’ and further storage in bottles.
Description: Robust, harmonious wine with body and velvety fullness, dark garnet red, pleasant and markedly typical of the variety.

Winery Terlan
color:light ruby red with orange reflexes, aroma:delicate violet and almond notes, taste: warm and silky with low acidity and harmonious taste

Winery Vivallis
Purplish red colour with intense notes of violet, cherry and almond on the nose. Harmonic, balanced, full and soft taste, good persistence.

Winery Fattoria Zerbina
VINES: Sangiovese (60-80%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10-20%), Merlot (10-20%), Syrah (15% maximum), Ancellotta (maximum 3%)
The color is deep ruby, sometimes very dark and clear. The fragrance is an explosion of senses, with a great intensity and finesse, and a wonderful flavour of red fruits such as currants and an elegant scent of coffee, cinnamon and vanilla

Winery Merano
The wine has a deep impressive garnet red color, complex fruity notes of sour cherry and blackberry, with easy tones of liquorice and chocolate. It tastes strong, is harmonious and has a long finish.

Winery Boekenhoutskloof

Red berries on the nose with delicate ripe plum flavours on the palate. With the subtle use of oak, this wine has an appealing balance between fruit and wood.

Winery Erste+Neue Kaltern

Intense granet red. Overflowing fragrance of blackberry, black cherry with a soft touch of vanilla and roasted aroma. Dry with well defined tannins, long lasting finish. A wine of great promise!
