Winery Caldaro
Owned by the Catholic church, this historic winery is situated in the heart of the Kaltern wine-growing region. A warm climate and well-drained chalky, gravelly soils offer the best conditions for growing full, rich red wines. Low yields and a careful cellaring in large oak casks parlays a meltingly smooth character to the wine. The color of rubies, its interesting bouquet of violets paired with a round, harmonious taste of bitter almonds, combine to make this wine an unusually sophisticated representative of its kind.

Flavour: Powerful in the mouth, very elegant and balanced with delicate toast aromas on the palate; very spicy, with well incorporated tannins. Long finish with great

Winery Klosterkellerei Neustift
An aromatic white wine which has become a speciality of the Eisack Valley: pale straw yellow with green reflexes, apple and peach fruit on the nose with a hint of mango, ripe and full on the palate, its opulence cut by crisp acidity.

Winery Peter Wachtler - Taschlerhof
Cross of Riesling and Trollinger (Vernatsch). The color of this white wine is straw yellow to greenish yellow, it has a fruity - fresh touch and a taste of nutmeg it's rich and minerally.

Description:
Brilliant, intense salmon-pink in colour with a delicate aroma of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it is fruity, succulent with elegant, tangy acidity and length.

Winery Planeta - Sicilia
La Segreta takes its name from the wood that surrounds our vineyard at Ulmo. This young fresh wine produced mainly from Nero d’Avola grapes, flagship of Sicilian wine, earns personality and style with the addition of international variety grapes. All the grapes are carefully cultivated in Planeta owned vineyards.

Color: deep garnet red, purplish
Fragrance: intense, reminiscent of violets, chocolate and berries

Region: Gries near Bolzano, heavy loam soil,
250 m above sea level.
Yield: 45 hectolitres/hectare
Process: Carefully selected grapes traditional red wine fermentation and one year maturation in new ‘barriques’ and further storage in bottles.
Description: Robust, harmonious wine with body and velvety fullness, dark garnet red, pleasant and markedly typical of the variety.
