Winery Peter Dipoli
IUGUM (iou-gum) is a made up name. It means “yoke” in Latin. A yoke is that wooden piece with hitched oxen into pairs, but the word “Iugum” is also used in very early agricultural texts in reference to tines being trained on a support. This vineyard parcel is located on the slope of Magré one of the warmest vineyard areas of Alto Adige. The warm temperature and the soil structure with a high clay content determined the selection of Bordeaux varieties. My objective was to produce a great red wine which could be barrel aged and withstand long bottle ageing.
70 % Merlot 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon

Winery Rocca Albino
Bright ruby-red. Black cherry and chocolate on the somewhat tanky, primary nose. Then smooth, lush and fine-grained, with fat but juicy flavors of blueberry and chocolate. Shows the extra fullness and substantial ripe tannins of this vintage. But this classically dry wine currently lacks the treble notes that makes dolcetto so refreshing.

Farm Morgante
100 % Nero d'Avola
Dark fruit, spices, cola and mint emerge from the glass, and the wine reveals good persistence on the palate, even if all of the elements don't quite harmonize as they so often do here.

Winery Köfererhof
The Eisacktaler Veltliner is a fresh, fruity, pleasantly spicy white wine with greenish to bright yellow color and delicate aromas of flowers and herbs.

Winery Niedermayr Josef
Color: deep ruby red, the smell: intense smell of forest berries, cherries, light smell of fresh grass. A harmonious interaction of all varieties. The taste is  full, velvety and persistent.

Winery Le Marchesine
The Franciacona Rosé comes from selections of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a pink onion skin choirs white foam, fine and persistent perlage and a scent of flowers (wild rose) and small (Erect red berry (raspberry).

Cellar of Caldaro
Sunny vineyards on slopes 450 to 500 m above sea level, and loamy, chalky, gravelly soil, guarantee the development of grapes full of aroma. A gentle pressing, natural cellaring and controlled fermentation are the basis of this brilliant topaz-colored wine. Aromas of roses and linden blossom, cinnamon and mint invite the drinker to try more of this charming wine. Smooth and harmonious on the palate, the wine seduces with an aromatic, spicy finish.

Winery Kornell
The Gewürztraminer Damian is characterized by strong, golden yellow, fresh color nuances. The wine offers an elegant, aromatic bouquet with fresh rose, a touch of spice and Lychee aromas.On the palate the Gewürztraminer Damian convinces with its elegance, its freshness and its structure which combine harmoniously with each other in a long-lasting aftertaste.

Winery Termeno
The name of the wine comes from the name of Nussbaumer farm from which the grapes. The farm Nussbaumer has a long tradition of more than 700 years in cultivation of the vine, and is one of the oldest farms of Termeno. Our selection Nussbaumer embodies all the characteristics of this variety: of an intense, bright yellow-straw color, this wine gives off hints it who know of fragrant rose petals, cinnamon, ripe tropical fruits and carnations. Very pleasing aromas and spicy notes.
