Winery Kurtatsch

Very steep hilly area of Kurtatsch with sunny exposure

Stony, warm clay soil
VINIFICATION:
Temperature-controlled fermentation in rotor tanks and
vinification in small oak casks (Allier, Nevers, and Jupille) for
fourteen months, followed by aging in large wooden barrels

Winery Alois Lageder
Description: brilliant ruby colour with purple tints. Quite pronounced, very fruity aroma with impressions of red fruit, cherries and violets. Medium-bodied, quite mild and soft though dry. Fresh and slightly spicy aftertaste with an elegant bitter note of bitter almonds.

Winery Kurtatsch
The bouquet reminds of wild potherbs as well as of the damp earth in which laurel, rosemary, lavender, and peppermint grow. The considerable richness of fruit (black currants, cherries, and plums) is supported by a lithe framework of tannin that provides spectacular length to the finish.

Winery Schreckbichl

Very deep, almost black in colour with violet reflexes. Sweet berries and plum fruit intermingled with savoury aromas, herbs, earth, liquorice and leather; supple with ripe and velvety tannins and a rich, fruity mouthfeel on the palate, lingering for an impressive, long finish. Will continue to improve for 10-15 years.

Winery Los Vascos (Chile)
A beautiful ruby colour of average intensity. Its nose exudes ripe aromas of strawberry and black cherry accompanied by a pleasant touch of jam and chocolate. In the mouth, it is fresh, gentle, consistent and very fruity with a slightly spicy finish. It is a wine of medium structure, well balanced and with ripe discreet tannins which make it easily accessible.

Winery Kornell
The Cabernet Sauvignon Staves is a complex and multi-layred wine. It has a strong, ruby red colour and its bouquet impresses with fruity fragrances of ripe berries, floral nuances of violets as well as light green aromas with treces of rhubarb. The wine is round and full-bodied with dry, soft tannin taste, an inviting acidity, afrsc structure and an elegant finish.

Cellar of Caldaro
First-class vineyards encircling Lake Kaltern form the foundation for this flagship wine. A Mediterranean microclimate ensures optimum ripeness and provides the structure for a red wine whose name has now become synonymous with a truly special experience. Capparello has a beautiful ruby red color. The bouquet ranges from cherries, raspberries and blackberries to sweet spices, eucalyptus and coffee.

Winery Bessererhof
Malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees in oak barrels are made from 500 liters, in which our Chardonnay for two years can develop quickly without all its softness.
Color: greenish / yellow. The nose dominated by ripe tropical fruit and delicate hints of apricot, embellished with fine wood and hints of yeast. In the mouth affect the smoothness and power of this wine.
