Barolo - Prapò

Barolo - Prapò

Winery Bricco Rocche
This Barolo reflects the most typical style of the wine’s virtuosity and aristocracy. Ethereal nose and aromas of withered roses fail to suppress a slight fragrance of underbrush, which makes it extremely well-balanced and rounded. With its excellent acidity and tannicity, it can have a very lengthy cellar life: 15-25 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon riserva - Campaner

Cabernet Sauvignon riserva - Campaner

Cellar of Caldaro
First-class vineyards encircling Lake Kaltern form the foundation for this flagship wine. A Mediterranean microclimate ensures optimum ripeness and provides the structure for a red wine whose name has now become synonymous with a truly special experience. A saturated ruby red, a delicate aroma of berries, light hints of mint and dark chocolate. Elegant tannins underscore the wine's complexity; a smooth finish with a touch of warmth accompanies its fiery finale.

The aroma of this wine is very fresh and harmonious, and recalls in particular banana, pineapple and lemon. The flavor stands out above all the harmony of good acidity and fullness.

A wine of international style, produced exlusively in good vintages from the best grapes and this vouches for its excellent reputation. Gold is its hallmark, commencin with its colour. With an accentuated vanilla fragrance as the result of maturation in small oak casks and strong aromas of ripe fruits. This Chardonnay stayson the palate, juicy and sumptuous, plesantly rich. Cuvée Cornelius

Cuvée Cornelius

The Roman settler and winegrower Cornelius settled in the Colterenzio
area around 15 BC, and founded his Cornelianum wine estate, form
which the name Cornaiano developed. He laid the foundations for our
present-day wine culture. Cornelius is an elegant Bordeaux blend of
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Deep red in colour; ripe berry fruit, cassis and a hint of well integrated oak; black cherries and spice on the palate underpinned by assertive but supple tannins, full-bodied, fine balanced, rich and long. Cellaring potential 8-12 years.

Cuvèe Manna

Cuvèe Manna

Winery Franz Haas
A cuvèe of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, plus a late-harvest Gewürztraminer. The vineyards of the three rape varieties are in the Montagna and Egna area.
When young, Manna is pale yellow, but with ageing it evolves and ecquires a golden yellow colour. This particular wine has a rich complexity and great structure on the nose, as well as a big mouthfell and full body. The first vintage of Manna ever released was 1995, and the wine is the product of many years of testing, and is dedicated to his wife, Maria Luisa Manna.

Cuvée Stoan

Cuvée Stoan

Cellar Termeno
The vineyards, planted on a rocky soil, limestone and rich in minerals, extend above the resort of Termeno an altitude of approximately 400 -550 m asl The production area covers the eastern and south-eastern slopes of the chain range of Roen.
Name STOAN (from the German Stein = stone, rock) assigned to this wine recalls precisely the characteristic of each medium. In the local dialect, STOAN is the pronunciation given to the German word Stein (it. rock, rock). Read these parts and it means rock. The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals personality with intense, clean, pleasing, elegant and refined aromas which start with hints of peach and elder followed by pleasing aromas of pineapple, banana, pear, and pleasant hints of tomato leaf and green pepper. In the mouth it is fresh and slightly soft with a great balance, intense flavors and very agreeable. We recommend pairing with appetizers and pasta dishes, fish, shellfish or with white meat lightly tasty.

Kalterersee Auslese - Pfarrhof

Kalterersee Auslese - Pfarrhof

Owned by the Catholic church, this historic winery is situated in the heart of the Kaltern wine-growing region. A warm climate and well-drained chalky, gravelly soils offer the best conditions for growing full, rich red wines. Low yields and a careful cellaring in large oak casks parlays a meltingly smooth character to the wine. The color of rubies, its interesting bouquet of violets paired with a round, harmonious taste of bitter almonds, combine to make this wine an unusually sophisticated representative of its kind.
