Herb day with Andreas We start walking from the hotel, through the meadows and fields "Traun" and "Doss" to the entrance of the Valley Tschamin. Following the wild and romantic valley near the river we come to "Rechter Leger. Messner Meadows - Haniger Pasture A scenic path under the lofty walls and towers of Croda Laurin Vajolet The trail leaves the hills and across Frommer pastures and forests leads up over the meadows Messner. Trail N.7 that runs from the Rifuogio Coronelle to the Haniger. Now in easy walking up and down forever beneath the imposing walls and towers of Croda Laurin Vajolet it comes to alpine meadows, the Angelwiesen and the Haniger pasture. After a snack we continue down the meadows Plafötsch to the meadows Traun, over the Cyprianerhof. Ascent approx. 250m downhill approx. 700m uphill approx 4-5 hours walk |

High Path of the Val di Fassa The excursion starts on Karerpass or Pauline Refuge. From the Karerpass by step, take the trail 545 leads to Rifugio Roda di Vaèl. From there it continues in the Basin and then continuing Vaèl always under the majestic towers of up to Cigolade and Ciampedie. The trail leads back down again in Val di Fassa - Rifugio Roda di Vael. For the descent you seglie between the same path and the path that leads to Rifugio Paolina Hirzel. approx. 5-6 hours walk and 900m uphill |

The MTB-Tiers tour with Andreas A tour is usually for Easter (spring). A must for every bike holiday in the Tiers Valley! We drive from the hotel to the Passo Nigra and pass on to Wolfsgrubenjoch to Steinegg. Now down to the Val Gardena look at the Steinegger Erdpyramieden over to St. Kathrein to Schönblick. After this stop wie contine through a flat forest road from the Plague Chapel of St. Sebastian and the "Wuhn Leger" back to the hotel. about 900 m and 4-5 hours |

Söllnspitze - 1.250m / 6 Stunden Starting from the hut Coronelle descend on the farm Haniger and continue "Huat" a saddle between the valley of Tires and Tschamin. Now, walk off the hill to the foot of Punta Solln. After a short, steep climb we reach the tip. The descent brings us to the alpine pastures and through Plafötsch until Cyprianerhof.
